Congratulations to the 2022-2023 Homecoming court nominees. Our first nominee for Homecoming Queen is Sophia Alfano. Sophia is the daughter of Michael and Carla Alfano. Sophia has been part of the Spanish Club, Art Club, Avengers Academy, and Wellness Club. In her free time, Sophia likes to hang out with her friends. Sophia has also been a member of the volleyball team, softball team, band, and the cheer squad. Sophia was escorted by her father Mike Alfano at the game on Friday, September 30th. She was escorted by Tino Rivera-Ocasio at the dance on Saturday, October 1st.
The first nominee for Homecoming King is Santino Rivera-Ocasio. Santino is the son of Miriam Ocasio and Angel Rivera. He is a part of the Wellness Club, Avengers Academy, Spanish Club, and the concert band. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his friends and spending time with his girlfriend. He enjoys playing football, basketball, and baseball.
Mia Mangine is our second nominee for Homecoming Queen. Mia is the daughter of David and Michelle Mangine. Mia is a part of the Wellness Club and the Avenger Academy. She is a member of the band and is on the yearbook staff. Mia loves to play volleyball and cheer. In her free time, she likes to hang out with her friends and her boyfriend. Mia was escorted by her father David Mangine to the homecoming game. She was escorted at the dance on Saturday by Michael Ballone.
Michael Ballone is one of the nominees for Homecoming King. Michael is the son of Joe and Michelle Ballone. He is a member of the Italian Club, concert and pep band, Wellness Club, and the yearbook staff. In his free time, he enjoys lifting and watching drama movies. Over the years Michael has made many achievements in football, basketball, and track.
Our third nominee for Homecoming Queen is Natalie Parry. Natalie is the daughter of Jim and Tracie Parry. In her free time, Natalie enjoys playing volleyball with her friends, cheerleading, playing the snare drum in the marching band, being involved with Wellness Club, and performing on stage. When Natalie has free time she loves Keeping up with the Kardashians and eating at Tino’s Italian Kitchen. Natalie was escorted on Friday night by Tom Rossi. She is being escorted at the dance on Saturday by Casey Gordon.
Casey Gordon, the son of Lindsey Gordon and Nicole DeGnoro, is nominated for Homecoming King. He is a member of the band, Avengers Academy, Wellness Club, and Drama Club. Casey starred in the school's production of Check Please. Casey also enjoys playing football with his friends and lifting out of season. He has played football, basketball, and track.
Our fourth nominee for Homecoming Queen is Isabella Willrich. Isabella is the daughter of Sharon and Richard Willrich. Isabella is a member of the Wellness Club, Spanish Club, Avenger Academy, and member of the band. In her free time, she enjoys going to Dunkin Donuts with her friends. Isabella has played volleyball, basketball, and softball. Isabella is being escorted on Friday by her father Richard Willrich. She was escorted at the dance on Saturday by Braylen Dabney.
Braylen, our fourth nominee for Homecoming King, is the son of Joe and Kelly Frazier. He has been a part of the Wellness Club and the Spanish Club. Outside of school, Braylen likes to exercise and watch football with his dad, especially the Cincinnati Bengals. Braylen also likes to read in his spare time. He is a part of the football team, basketball team, and track team.
Sophia Yon completes the nominations for Homecoming Queen. Sophia is the daughter of Stephanie and Corey Yon. She has been part of the Wellness Club, Italian Club, Spanish Club, and has been the President of her class for three years. In her free time, Sophia enjoys making memories with her family and friends. She has also been a part of the golf team, cross country team, track team, band, and the cheer squad. Sophia was escorted on Friday night by her father Corey Yon. She was escorted at the dance on Saturday by Mathew Lucido.
Mathew Lucido, nominated for Homecoming King, is the son of Frank Lucido, Jennifer, and Jeff Lane. He is a part of the Wellness Club, Avenger Academy. Concert and Pep Band. In his free time, he enjoys lifting and hanging out with his friends. On Sunday he likes to go to his Papa's house to eat pasta with his family. He is also on the football team, track team, and the basketball team.
This year's crown bearers are Alivia and Michael Palumbo. They are the children of Mike and Stephanie Palumbo. Alivia is 7 years old and in second grade. Her favorite movie is Minions: The Rise of Gru. Her favorite food is spaghetti and her favorite color is teal. When Alivia grows up she wants to be a teacher. Michael is 6 years old and in kindergarten. His favorite movie is Pokemon: Mewtwo Strikes Back. His favorite food is pizza and his favorite color is orange. When Michael grows up he either wants to be a Wrestler or a Police Officer.
