The seniors all have many different plans for what they want to do after high school. As of right now, 86.7% plan on living at home after graduation while the other 13.3% plan on either moving into their own place or a college dorm. There are some students that want to live at home while going to college so that they can still have a job and be able to save the money they are making from that job in order to be able to pay for their own place in the next few years. A lot of our seniors do plan to move out but not right after graduation. Most of them plan on getting a good steady job with a decent pay so that they can save money to be able to afford their own apartment. There are a few of our seniors that want to stay locally but there are a few out of the bunch who would like to move out of the state of Ohio eventually. However, many would rather be close to home while they are continuing their education.
The students that are moving into their college dorms can still have a part time job. It might just be a little harder for them to find one that works with their schedule and if they have a way to get there. Many students who go away to school find jobs on campus since they are living there. Everyone's plans are different and that’s how it should be. We are supposed to go our own ways after graduation and do what we want and what we think is going to be best for our future selves.
