Prime Hydration vs Body Armor/Gatorade/Powerade

Prime is the newest hydration drink that has become popular since it launched in 2021. It has become a huge product throughout the United States with billions of sales. Part of the reason it grew so popular is because it was made by two famous Youtubers, Logan Paul and KSI. It is a much healthier choice than other hydration drinks such as Gatorade because of the low sugar content. It has 2g of sugar compared to the other hydration drinks like Gatorade with 34g in the orange flavor, Powerade with 35g in the blue flavor Mountain Blast, and Body Armor with 28g in the fruit punch flavor. While it does have some artificial sweeteners, it still remains a healthier choice compared to other drinks.

Prime is also a less expensive drink compared to Gatorade, Powerade, and Body Armor. Walmart charges $1.88 for a single Prime and $2 for Gatorade and Body Armor.

Prime comes in a variety of flavors such as blue raspberry, tropical punch, orange, grape, lemon lime, ice pop, strawberry watermelon, and meta moon. There are a lot more electrolytes in Prime compared to the other hydration drinks by over 50 mg. It also has 10% coconut water which can be considered nature's hydration drink. Lastly, Prime isn’t just tasty but it helps with recovery, reduces muscle soreness, and prevents muscle wasting. Overall, the taste of prime isn’t too sweet but still has the sweet delicious taste of all the other hydration drinks and you feel healthier drinking it.
