Conor McGregor Vs. Michael Chandler

The McGregor Vs. Chandler fight is set to take place later in 2023. McGregor goes in with a 22-6-0 record and Chandler goes in with a 23-8-0 record. Conor McGregor, A.K.A. “The Notorious,” is looking to make a comeback after a two year layoff. He is looking to fight his old TUF (The Ultimate Fighter) coach Michael Chandler. I and many other UFC fans around the world, are looking forward to seeing the swift and fast moving McGregor back to the UFC octagon.

Conor McGregor broke his leg while giving a leg kick in his last fight at UFC: 246 against Dustin Poirier. Conor McGregor responded to the loss in a joking fashion teasing Dustin as he exited the octagon. After that he had to wait about two years to fully recover and return to the UFC picture. He made an appearance at the Jon Jones Vs. Cyril Gane fight at UFC: 286. From what he has posted online, he looks like he is ready to come back to fight to his fullest potential and finally win the featherweight championship.

Michael Chandler is also looking forward to fighting McGregor. Chandler is coming into the fight with a 23-8 record. In Chandler’s last fight he lost to Dustin Poirier via Submission at UFC 281. He looks to bounce back from the loss with a win and a new championship belt. He looks to quiet the noise of McGregor’s comeback and beat him. This would be a huge win for him that would just add to his resume.

This is a huge fight for both fighters. As they both look to bounce back in a huge way. This fight card that Dana White set up is going to be a very good one, and I would definitely recommend watching this, especially if you like the UFC, or just traditional boxing. Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler are very good fighters with very good resumes. I don’t think either fighter will underestimate their opponent. This will be one of the top main events in UFC history up there with the likes of Chuck Lidell vs Tito Ortiz II and St. Pierre vs Shields.
